Use the bevel modifier to create rounded edges. Click the wrench icon on the sidebar choose ‘Add modifier’. Type or select Bevel.

Increase the segments to 5. Click the drop arrow and apply the bevel modifier. Right click the cube press ‘Shade smooth’.
